This page gives you full details of our on site capacity. We beleive we are able to offer a complete engineered solution to your requirements with the type and quality of machinery we utilise - from conventional to full three dimensional coputer numerically controlled devices.

As you will see, We cover all aspects of machining from basic turning up to and including Wire EDM and Spark Erosion.

We also offer full in house 3 Dimensional design, and have a complex and state of the art Computer Aided Manufacturing system. Please contact us with your requirements.

We have just moved into larger premisses and are currently expanding and buying new machines. Since the move we have aquired two Sunderland Gear Shapers and a Fast Hole Drilling Machine, Also aquired XYZ SLX355 Proturn Lathe and a Richmond VMC 1000

Just bought new september 2011  XYZ 1510 with 320mm fourth axis

 

We Also have Overhead cranes up to 3,2 Tones and a lot more space so we are hoping to take on larger jobs
